Anti-inflammatory: Pomegranates, Olive oil, green veg 2. Cartilage Regeneration: Vitamin C: Orange, lemon, strawberies 3. Collagen Rich: Berries, garlic, red and yellow vegetables, fish 4. Bone & Muscle Strength: Vitamin D: Mushrooms, spinach 5. Hyaluronic Acid: nuts, broccoli, pumpkin seeds 6. Weight reduction: Exercise, diet control, avoic acidic food 7. Don’t do any exercises just do fasting Absolutely I’m feeling great after intermittent fasting I eat twice and between these two meals only water water I love water I am 60 years of old had lots of knee pain back pain everything gone I can run now I got more energy then before mental clarity is great don’t feel fatigue

@@dave2716 it’s very simple twice a day 14 plus 10 or 18 plus 8 hours in between drinks water no coffee or tea avoid sugar and soft drinks juices eat healthy food both meals you can eat your regular food
