I have had excellent results with Krown. I have had my cars treated with Krown for over 20 years.

I recently purchased a 9 year old Silverado that has spent its entire life in central New York, where salt is very heavily used on the roads. The truck has absolutely no rust! I discovered that the reason it is in such good condition is that it had been treated with Krown. I now have an appointment in five days to have it retreated at the same dealer that the previous owner used.

Great follow up. My 17 came to Minnesota from Canada in 20. It was previously Krowned. So, I drove 2.5 hrs into Wisconsin to get it Krowned again. There are some spots that look like it didn’t hold up well and there are spots you can tell it’s really doing it’s job. I’m going to hit the bare frame spots and visible rust with some aerosol Woolwax Black. I’m currently looking for videos like yours to decide if I want to switch to a full Woolwax treatment this fall.

Thank you for that video, it is hard to find to follow up after 5 years or even 10. I hope you will make one more before you sell this car.. I'm buying new car and I have miss belives about anticorrosion electric modules. This method looks like is working!

i just had my 2011 caravan done today. they really soak it down and get it in every nook and cranny. ive skipped a couple years here and there and i only have a tiny bit of rust in the rear wheel well. but that is the number one spot on any car to rust and it will rust no matter what unless you keep it slathered with grease.

I got "Otoprotec" done on my '19 F150 & like you just said in the video; some products are like glue, kinda disappointed with the otoprotec since it has gotten everything stuck to the body; going to go to my brothers Krown contact this fall to clean 'er up & properly do the coating since here in QC- roads/conditions are terrible, thanks for this video for someone who was skeptical about protecting his truck!

Unreal! Just bought a new Silverado last week and did the Krown treatment yesterday. Glad to see yours is still spotless after 5 years! How's it holding up now? Have you noticed any swelling in the weather stripping or anything?

I had an 18 Sierra I had for 5.5 years. I sprayed it every year and live near Toronto - tons of salt! My buddy is my mechanic. He took a video for me before I sold it of the underside. It was all black. Looked new! Another friend of mine has a 17 Sierra that did have it. His frame is orange with rust! Huge difference. I did my new 24 Silverado a few weeks after picking it up and will do it annually. Its great stuff.

I have been using Krown since 1996 on my vehicles with zero rust problems, great product but the application differs from franchise to franchise, some are really good and apply the product just the right amount at the right places, Others just soak everything which is not necessarily good.

I go to a local oil change shop that I trust and they use a product called dura shield like krown but with out the drips. cost me over $200 but my 2022 colorado cost me over 40k so it’s worth it . Unfortunately my local krown dealer sucks I took my vw jetta there a few years back and the guy/owner of the krown dealer did a half a$$ job not spraying places like under the hood ,inside my doors or the bottoms . Now I know why they blacked out the shop windows in the waiting room . The reason is so you see that they’re ripping you off . Unfortunately as good as krown is ,it doesn’t really matter if the guy spraying your vehicle does a crappy job

Ya but krown warranties your ride so why they would do that is just stupid on them..

@@RandomVids519 My guess is use the least amount of product but still charge full price .idk but i wasn’t happy with my local dealer but this dura shield is a good product also and i’m happy with the guy who owns the shop and does the work

@@classicxl well if they offer the free warranty and is cheaper then krown then its better if not its shit

@@RandomVids519 A warranty doesn’t mean Shit if the company doesn’t actually honour it and most companies find some way of denying the warranty. I’ve been through the whole warranty crap before , but hey if it makes you sleep good at night thinking or knowing krown says they will warranty your truck if it’s rust out good for You . Krown is well respected up here in Canada and i’m not going to put you down on believing krown will fix or replace your vehicle if it rusts out Maybe they will or maybe they won’t

@@RandomVids519 I'll tell you about the warranty and its good as that toiletpaper its written on, 1987 toyota crowned and inspected yearly, started rusting in the seams, they say krown couldn't reach there so no warranty, I traded it off in 1997 got the new taco krowned from new and inspected yearly the frame rusted out 20 years later, krown did nothing and toyota said the 15 year buy back was past got nothing, got a 2000 for ranger which was driven by brother and never crowned and is still on the road,

Wow only costs $150. That’s cheap for what it does! I’m skeptical about the part where you mentioned they drilled holes? Omg to do this on a new vehicle???

Ya i hear ya 7 years later no rust holds up fine. Remember the holes they drill aka the plugs to add oil are all lubricanted and capped so your fine they wouldnt want your vehicle to rust or whats the point of their business lol well worth it!
