I have a question for you. Everyone these days says you HAVE to use a halogen and dhp for ir-a and ir-b. Speaking for ball python per say. Now theyre not natural baskers and therefor absorb heat from ambient air and heated objects. I.e. IR-C Would a radiant heat panel suffice?
@ChiefSweetsUniverse

Yeah you could use a heat panel lots of people do. Now I will say halogen is good but even incandescents are almost just as good it’s not that big a difference. Deep heat projectors are honestly overrated I only use them for night heat for my ball pythons during winter when it’s extremely cold. To keep it above 60s during the night
