Grace is the most supportive loving wife. You both are lucky to have each other and you will do great things!! It’s amazing how when you want something so bad, you tend to lose yourself. And when you get there it’s nothing you ever wanted in the first place. Keep it up and keep it fun. You’re an animal to watch❤

Mold? That could explain more than you might realize. I recommend looking into recovering from mold exposure and make sure you both have been able to clear it from your systems. 💛 (Mold was traced back to causing my autoimmune issue so I encourage you out of love.)

Great update! I saw a similar comment but just wanted to encourage you to work with a health practitioner to make sure there is not residual mold in your body. It slowly creeps up on you and can cause all sorts of detrimental symptoms like chronic fatigue, weakened immune system, depression, anxiety etc..

It would be great to see you use your platform to highlight how you're keeping balance in your life. It's easy to think competitors are just one thing and it's great to see you open yourself up and show all the parts of you! Great job and continued success.

I really like seeing the playful side of Jason. A lot of athletes are so caught up in their training, and it is refreshing to see Jason when is appears happier. I would also like to see more about his football background.

Hope you are settled back with a good church family again bro. I think it was on Sevan's pod you mentioned church vs training in Vermont being difficult to do. I'm curious what you are doing with your nutrition now and goal bodyweight since you said that not tracking and being too heavy last year didn't work for you.

Matthew 5:3 "Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need..." The reason I quit coaching CF athletes was seeing people get too serious with competition and making that #1 priority in their life's. I saw marriages fall apart and people breaking down mentally. Faith and Family should always come first and training should.be something fun that uplifts you and not put you down. I wish you the best Jayson for next season, have fun and be content with how amazing if an athlete you are. You have God and your family always there which is most important

The problem is we see all the praise that athletes get for those superhuman performances. It’s not hard to understand why some want that and are willing to do whatever they can for it.

I would wonder, did people (coaches, friends, training partner) notice that you didnt get fitter in the time leading up to the games and that you didnt feel healthy and unhappy? Did anyone do anything about it? (I would expect coaches to react to that, if they noticed) Was it hard to listen (which is understandable) or did nobody notice or dare to interfere?
