Today is the last day in Myanmar, and I want to get souvenirs for myself and for the Wepergee community. I went to explore the market in Yangon, where they sell a variety of items. However, the majority of the market focuses on jade products. Jade is renowned in Myanmar, and I visited many stores that mostly sold similar items. While I don't have much knowledge about jade, I could only observe the products.
What I'm looking to buy today is a T-shirt with a specific design that I really like, but I have to see if I can find it. In this market, there are also a few street food stalls, although not many. I saw a shop selling Burmese traditional snacks, and it made me curious to try them. The taste was different from the snacks I've had in Thailand, and I have to say they were incredibly delicious. The shop owner even fed me some of the snacks in a friendly and unexpected gesture.
Afterward, I continued to look for a few more souvenirs. I invite you to join me on this journey to buy souvenirs at this market. If you're ready, you can start watching the video.
