Wondering what the cheapest grocery stores are in Norway, what the alcohol law is, or need some tips to make your trip cheaper?
In this video, I’ll be digging deep into the Norwegian grocery stores. I'll show some stores to avoid and some cheaper alternatives you can find here in Norway. All of the different stores have cheaper brands and i will show these. There are a few things to be aware of so you don't get shocked when you check out.
I'll guide you through the stores, such as how to shop for fruits and vegetables, the bread machine, what to do with your bottles, and how to use the self check out system, so you know how it works before shopping,
I've heard many times how shocked people are that we don't have stores open on Sundays, but it has become more common for stores to have a really small area open. But these areas can't be over a certain size so the items there are limited, though I have seen some places that have employees that will fetch what you need from the main store.
I really recommend if you are over the age of 18 that you see the alcohol laws section in this video. This way you won't be shocked when going shopping.
If you are interested in making your trip cheaper I have collected my best tips and tricks in this video as well!
