After 10 months my hair still didn't reach past my neck, it takes a couple years and commitment, every time you feel like giving up and going back to small hair out of depression, just picture your ideal self. You can turn your real self into your ideal self, it just takes time. Quick heads up, even for girls it takes years to grow out their hair once they've cut it short (the mom haircut)

no wonder why on the fucking earth your hair looks so good. So how does a person take care of his hair when the person is experiencing stress and a little bit depress such as when they're working on a far away place from their home. I mean like a person is stress and its already given if you have a job. For depression like me, I also work far away from my home. After a year im starting to think that im feeling down on something maybe its because im just missing my dog. This 2 things "stress and depression" are clouding my head and negativity is getting into me. Now im experiencing hair thinning which is damn sad man oh my god lmaoooo. My hair is already long and I didnt expected it due to this pandemic and I havent cut it for 1 yr and 7 months. It already reached my shoulders. A shampoo and hair defense conditioner that I bought is something that I think its not enough. WHAT DO I NEED TO DOOOOOOOOOO? If you can grow one then... why not! Look like a Viking or spartan

My rule of thumb is,with longer hair..sport a short beard(stubble to short length)..and with shorter hair...sport a longer beard(medium to long)...kinda balances it out...otherwise you end up looking like a caveman😁 ,totally my personal opinion though..it’s up to you in the end

So you use all three products in this video in combination to style your hair? Or either the Ascend or Aveda followed by a mousse?
