Is Hunza home to Pakistan's smartest people?
Today's adventure takes us late into the night, as we head to a festival that's celebrating the women of Hunza Valley. I'm joined again by my guide Mudasir, and together, we meet a host of amazing and friendly locals, who tell us some extraordinary facts about Hunza, Passu, and its people. After sipping some chai and chatting with our new Pakistani friends, we take a quick break at the Yak Grill to try my first ever yak steak and yak burger. Finally, we head back to the women's festival to enjoy dancing and live music.
Major thanks to Gozayaan for planning this trip! They're Pakistan's #1 travel resource for guides, rides, flights, and anything related to visiting this amazing country. www.gozayaan.pk
