Thin hair can just be genetics (my mom and I have the same hair type and both are REALLY thin) and it’s really not that serious (it may be something worse tho but in most cases it’s just genetics) and if u have pretty thin hair like me it’s totally normal for it to be greasy more often. Don’t make it stress you out too much :)

My main problem with my hair is that it's naturally thick and curly, which makes it a pain in the summer and winter. In summer it's flat due to humidity, in winter it's frizzy. Both times it can be especially hard to style.

Good to share this video to prevent and we lucky in my country we eat more leafy vegetables that rich in all vitamins and minerals have and sea food that's why mostly in tropical country has beautiful hair and skin since younger age we love to eat fruits vegetable and cat fish love this sinigang sa miso with guava that's really good! I am having a massive hairfall since march and my hair got really thin more than 5 strands everytime i brush my hands through my hair as well as when I’m brushing.. Now i tried not using shampoo for days and use some like once a week as well as conditioner and brush it more often, when stress I distress and sleeps before 11pm.. But right now I can see that stress and lack of sleep or sleeping late can also be a cause of it.

Remo Theinz yes. I get 5 strands when I brush my fingers through my hair but that was 6 months ago. Now I only get 1-3 strands. sleeping early and keeping away from stress helped me a lot. I also gave my hair time to rest from the use of shampoo and conditioners.

I’m trying ginger, it’s supposed to stimulate the scalp for better and stronger growth. Grate the ginger and add to the roots, leave for 30-40 min. then wash off. Your scalp could be red but that’s for like 15 min. It’s red cuz ginger warms the skin very deeply without burning it.

Started going grey at a 13. Now at 32, I have a looot of grey hair especially on the front like it almost 50 % brown and 50 % grey. So weird. Trying to cut back on stressors in life. I could make a channel talking about making all the changes to live a more stress free life because there are so many things that really can help. Maybe one day.

When you want to use those hair products to style your hair and cover up the flaws, but then you hear the same hair products cause hair problems. U use them to stop being insecure but u also need to stop using in case it makes the problem worse. Idk how to say this but it's really a cycle.

My hair gets quite greasy the following day after I don't shower. Sometimes after 24hours it gets a bit greasy. I also have an itchy scalp

When I am 12 I have premature hair greying then I started working on it oily on day the leave one day the oil after it and in 2 or 3 months or more than that my hair started turning black and now I am 13 I still have grey hairs but I belive it will go off day by day

Hair contains cysteine, an essential amino acid. A dietary deficiency of cysteine will ruin hair. Eggs are high in cysteine. Para-aminobenzoic acid 100mg twice daily will postpone graying of hair.
