Thank You Very Much for Replying Brother, My Kettlebells are to Heavy for These, Need to Buy Lighter 16 KQ Kettlebells, mine is 24 kq Which Requires Good Ass Muscles to Lift :D, But With 24 kq You Can Work for Your Forearms Bending Forward 45 Degree While Sitting, , Love You Keep Inspiring Us )

The weight is all down to your ability. if its too heavy go lighter. too light go heavier. i explained in the video how to progress over time. hope this helps :)
