Gotta love railways in my own neck of the woods. I live in nearby norwalk and love hearing the trains rumble through town late at nights

Nice video.... can’t wait to see the Brewster subdivision video, I live near their and I see trains a lot there. The Brewster subdivision meets the CSX New Castle Subdivision in creston. In 2010 the wheeling put in a new siding near Brooklyn street so they can have meets. I hear an automatic voice telling the trains to go

Hello Rich! My hopes are to have them up by the end of the year. The downside to the Wheeling videos are that they require me to travel quite a distance to shoot since I don't live really close to them. The Brewster Sub video is very close to completion. The Carey and Rook Sub ones still need quite a bit more, but since the summer time is coming close, I do hope to take some time to fill those holes on both those lines. Thanks for looking!

Do one on the Carey Sub and also the rook sub

Both are in the process of being filmed, though it probably will only be a short section of each of those lines considering its difficult to shoot portions of them due to my location.

Hi Logan! My hopes are to have the Brewster Sub video up this fall. I need to get a few more shots along it before I can begin editing it.

That’s great. What other shots do you have to get? Did you do creston or Lodi

I do have some shots from both Creston and Lodi, but its between the towns where I need to go. Also down near Smithville and Orrvile as well.

Who is the Heritage owner of these tracks and whose signal lights are still up? Those lights look different than any class 1 signaling system. I thought WLE was "track warrant" only without signal lights.

This line was the original Wheeling & Lake Erie, which was merged into the New York Chicago & St.Louis, then merged into Norfolk & Western, then Norfolk Southern. NS sold it off to the "new" W&LE in 1990.

The signals are not heritage holdovers. They are specifically designed for each location.
