Have some common sense before barking by watching so called motivational shorts. There are steps in every part of life. Some get lucky to move xtra steps while some have to do work to climb each step. And almost every person work as an employee first. Be it rich or poor. Everyone does work. If someone has Lamborghini then the might have taken right steps & done hardwork. If got by luck due to his rich background. Then their parents would have done the hard work. Like every parents do. But to maintain that they also have to do the hardwork though he got rid of beginning steps. But where he is starting, it is his beginning step and from there he has to go further and take their family legacy. Didn't your parents did hardwork for you? If I compare you the same with the street side people who sleep there. They could also say the same thing about you. That he is lucky. Though you don't own Lambo. India for the better part has had neither...bad infrastructure, politics and burecracy can reduce great minds to absolutely nothing. @zacsmithful
6 ай бұрын
@@streetninja23 no....when a person cannot perform effectively then its a drain...for eg: a person doing nothing in India is a burden to country but if the same person is doing something elsewhere in the world, he or she is still contributing to this world and also typical indians tend to invest their money back in their home country and help relatives and friends...so India also gains then. Another example: an engineer working as a clerk in india is less of an asset to India than if the same engineer is doing engineering in developed nations as then he or she is performing more efficiently their skills and hence earning much more and also gaining more knowledge and experience.
@streetninja23
6 ай бұрын
@@zacsmithful It's not all or none law with talented people. Your 1st example is flawed because An IIT top graduate wouldn't just sit at home in India. He/she would make their mark in the economy. Microsoft is taking away a skilled workforce not unskilled. I agree that emigrants would send remittance back to India boosting the home economy, but it's the same with low skilled workforce like in UAE etc. Your 2nd example is also similar to the first one because a top IIT engineer would never be a clerk in India. Or vice versa that an engineer who is employed as a clerk in India would never be hired by Microsoft in US. I hope you have heard about ISRO's recent achievements (Indian Space Research Organisation). IIT grads are leaving/not joining it because of salary limitations. There are various examples of IIT and non IIT graduates who have made it big in India and other countries. I'm not hating on Bill gates or emigrants but I understand the sentiment that it hurts the home country when it's not able to hold onto it's highly skilled workforce. I rest my case here.

Top iit graduate after some years tells seniors i have a better way of doing things and seniors fire him...now top iit graduate is unemployable....its all just na assumption but a realistic one this time.... Those 15 people if would have come together 25 years ago and started a company it would have surpassed Microsoft. So sourcing talents from India was only amazing as it came very cost friendly on top of that we are the most hardworking people in the world…

India has talent but not the opportunity. US has opportunity bus less talent. & people who filled this gap made Microsoft... But one thing which need to be marked is we can build opportunity bur not the talent... So basically our talent without opportunity is useless for us & helpful for others.

Indian's indeed opened Gates for him to bill and make fortune but it is very appreciable and impressive contribution from him/his family towards the society by way of donations. He is certainly amongst best 1000 who started shaping the world in 20th century and now shaping further and beyond.

Yes... its a phenomenal thing... Getting a job in India is/was easy... But surviving in it... is a big problem... Your whole talent is never required in India.. Nobody bothers about you, though you are capable of bringing gigantic changes... After so many years, now its slightly better...

Bill Gates also doesn't care about those IITians.. he just used them for lesser pay than counterpart American engineers.. Having said that, I agree that Indian companies and the govt don't appreciate the hardworking talent within India... In short, all countries suck, we should move to Mars

See.. those people who went and proved themselves have given confidence to MNCs to trust important knowledge work to Indians. At first, it caused brain drain. But, later, companies, since they had that trust in Indian workers, started setting up shops in India. That led the development of the massive IT industry in India. And it perpetuated IT mindset in the people and administrators which led to the IT enablement of several govt functions. Andhra was at the forefront of that revolution. Overall, India benefitted from capitalists like Bill Gates. I had been to their offices in Hyderabad. They offer top quality employment and great facilities to their employees. Also, not all of their employees or contractors are from IITs! I don't in anyway think that the employees are exploited or put in a sweat shop; like the liberal media across the shores try to portray. So, I say, Thank You, Mr. Gates. It is nice doing business with you.👍
