Hello, listen brother, As far as I know, the Pitbull dog is very aggressive and will not want to share its food with anyone, so I would just like to give you one piece of advice for every dog you have. You serve food in a separate bowl. And you must train them properly otherwise they will attack some person or you and even your family. So please take care of yourself and others. The first thing you need to do is train them and make your dog remember them. And do follow the instructions for your and others safety.

From experience...... ALWAYS feed you dogs with separate bowls and always the same share or they would fight for dominance. For those of you that need to hear this...... never let your dog sleep on the same bed or couch as you because it makes them think they are as equal and will always try to be dominant over you. There’s a maturity level the dogs will reach as they grow and get older. The more mature their instincts become, the more separation they’re going to need to be able to learn their unique power dominance. I think it’s safe to say they’re at that age. It’s like brothers goin from havin a bump bed to having separate rooms to avoid fights bc they’re older and want to separate what belongs to them. Sharing is irritating when u are forced to do it since birth- it’s good family upbringing tho so they can identify sibling dogs versus a stray 🤷🏾‍♂️

I trained my dogs young to not let me be the one to break it up. When I start doing that "Hey hey hey" thing they already know to stop. The aggressive dog will sit there and watch the non aggressive one eat before I allow them to fight each other. Keep the fighting outside of the pack.

My neighbors have a pitbull they’ve had it since she was a puppy and they are the nicest people that buy hundred dollar plus bag of food they take them to the vet twice a month and they are the sweetest dogs but they don’t have time to train them because of college They are nice to people but they will hurt other animals. They don’t know and they will attack a human if given the chance, although it has not happened before because we have a gate and fence outside, they are the nicest pitbull I’ve ever seen but they will protect the family… it takes a lot of extra training to get them to not bite other dogs in public

I’ve never in my life seen someone act like they care about their pits, and yet they demonstrate a complete lack of knowledge of everything about the breed, and show no signs of effort to learn these things either. Such a disservice to those beautiful pups. And by the way, pit or not, if your dogs don’t snap out of it when you (their owner and authority, their daddy if you will) put some bass in your voice, you’ve lost all control and you need to pull it back. With pits that’s hard to do, because they don’t respect you at that point.

Great solution would be give em 3 different bowls of food. If possible, train em to eat on command... gl

They aren’t puppies to be eating out of one large puppy bowl anymore. They are going to be territorial. Feed separately and train against food aggression especially in large breeds.

You have to show your dominance. They cant fight each other. That is the point of the alpha is to control the pack and yes especially for aggressive dog breeds the owner needs to display he is the alpha otherwise this happens. I have pitbulls and they are definitely testy and like to try to control the food, you have to step in and if you dont know how to control them you need to keep them separated and find someone who can.

Food aggression is actually an easy fix. Feed them in different parts of the yard if thats where you keep/feed them. And slowly reintroduce them to eachother by bringing them closer as time goes by. And make sure you as a owner are interacting with them while eating so they don’t see you as a threat or something to show case their dominance to. Please do not allow them to continue the fighting. At first it was a correction to the momma dog taking his food. He said no I don’t like that. As the owner. You should’ve immediately stepped in. And commanded a heel, no, sit or whatever command you give her so she knows ok im not supposed to do that. Eventually because it will take time. They won’t be getting into anymore physical fights. Warnings or corrections may happen but nothing further than that should ever occur. I literally had this same set up. Started with my 5 1/2 yr old XL pit and got a bully and and pit bull both females. The male was no aggressive until I brought in a very reactive girl. Which had a domino effect on the other female dog and male dog. They had puppies kept one and thats when my male started trying to over show his dominance by protecting his food or toy or anything he had. And if they came close instant reaction. I did those steps above ^ with breaking up fights and how to avoid them in all and all of them are no reactive now. They could eat from the same bowl at the same time and either they will keep eating or one would dismiss themselves because i taught them how to control themselves without fighting. How you break them up. Is you grab the loose skin or collar and pull directly up. Not towards yourself. But up towards the sky. Cutting off their air flow and they will immediately let go to try to get air. Then release. But calm them down. Separate for a second and let them regroup before letting them back around eachother. Otherwise being let go to go back to eachother more than likely will cause them to fight again. If you get any dog that’s bigger. Please have the knowledge on how to break up fights. And how to avoid overly dominant actions.

Dude definitely needs to feed these dogs separately. With big powerful, dominant breeds like these fights are absolutely going to happen occasionally. Thats why you should do everything you can to stop it before it starts. You do that by decreasing the amount of scenarios that might trigger a fight. I.E feeding them out of the same bowl. When a fight like this happens you shouldn’t try to break it up until its safe or if you think they’re in serious danger. I’ve been badly wounded trying to break up my dogs during a fight just like this, it happens in the blink of an eye. They can be the sweetest, most obedient dog in the world. At this point they’re seeing red and any they won’t react to any commands or outside stimuli. If you have a big powerful breed to avoid this kind of behavior. Theres also a lot of warning signs you need to pay attention to when your dogs are about to get into it. Any time you see it you need to address it immediately because it will happen a lot faster than you think. Hopefully this man learns from this and doesn’t allow them to keep eating out of the same bowl, thats some young puppy shit. Never do this with an adult dog.
