I thought itvwas genius tho. I rarely buy tomato paste as most recipes call for like 1 to 2 tablespoons and then ive got 2/3 of a can left. Occasionally if im in the big city a few hours away i will spend the cash and buy the tubes of good Italian tomato paste at the big Italian deli. Its more expensive but it closes and lasts for weeks in the fridge. But i think im going to start freezing it. I bet you could probably do that with good crushed tomatoes from the can too. Buy one of those silicone square ice molds. The big ones that hold like 1/2 cup each. And freeze cubes. Its so interesting that almost every nation has some type of egg tomato dish. I grew up canning our own stewed tomatoes and tomato sauces from the garden. Our favorite quick meal during canning season is to quickly scramble a few eggs in butter and put a ladle of fresh stewed tomatos over the mostly scrambled eggs. Maybe a dash of hot sauce or good grubd of pepper on top. My one friend was from mexico and she made heuvos ranchero either whole egg or scrambled(she liked scrambled as runny egg yolk gave her the ick lol And then watching cooking videos fibd that chinese cooking has a wonderful stirfried egg tomato dish and of course this one shakshuka. I guess as a human we all like our egg and tomato 😅 Did i miss any? Oh does omurice from japan count?

That's a proper version of my "aw crap this crunchy bread is getting old" meal. Eggs, whatever jarred tomato or pasta sauce, some hot sauce if I'm feelin it, maybe some extra seasoning if I'm fancy, and some good dipping bread. 10/10, easy and yummy. Watch out for hot tomato sauce popping out of the pan trying to burn you, though. Another fun optional step is to cut 2 holes into the bread, butter it, throw it in the hot pan first to toast it, then crack the eggs into the holes so they all cook together.

Hey, just wanted to share the Gospel that all men need, the Bible says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23) this means we all deserve death and separation from a perfect and holy God. But God did not leave us for dead, He sent His only begotten Son to die in yours and my place, so that anyone who believes in Him and repents of sin will be saved from separation from God, and have eternal life! I urge you please put your faith in Jesus Christ and follow Him, He promises to save all who cry out to Him and have a humble heart. We arent guaranteed another day so we must repent of sin and seek Him today while He may be found!
