One day at first, and after 12 years working perfectly smoothly, my TEKA direct induction board, when turned on, jumped the general automatic (differential) of the house, did not turn on and stopped working. Every time he tried to put it into operation, the house automatic would jump again, leaving the whole house without power. I called the insurance and they told me that, since the license plate was over 5 years old, they didn't cover the repair, so I did as I almost always do lately. Do an exhaustive "MASTER" from the home computer on induction hobs and its faults by investigating on KZitem and in different forums on the subject, both in Spanish, and in English, to see if I was able to diagnose the fault with what was investigated previously, and as a consequence, assess the different repair alternatives. If, in your case, it was worth repairing it in front of throwing it to the clean spot and buying a new one.
In this video I show you, as briefly as possible, but without losing information that I consider substantial to be able to understand the most frequent faults in the direct induction plates and so that you can diagnose it from home without previous knowledge about Matter, as is my case, knowing what you are looking for and why.
At the end of the video I conclude that, in my case, it was worthwhile to cover the repair (relatively simple and not too expensive) compared to the alternative of buying a new one.
The video example shows my TEKA brand IR 735 AB induction board, although as I explain in the video, general electronics are common to many models of the brands; TEKA, MIELE, AEG, etc.
In the end I have decided to publish this video in case someone can be helpful, considering that it is made by a private individual, and not by a technical professional in the field.
