All the opportunities passed & certain lifestyle choices just for the sake of good parenting. Then....they grow up!😂 As they start to process life & adjust to adulting, the parent is not first like they were to the parent. They squeeze the parent in where they fit in. There is always another choice. If this client wants him this bad then there are likely other opportunities of this nature. Perhaps locally as well. There's greater value in being there for his son. Having him visit isn't the same as being hands on locally. He has more than 2 choices here. Besides, $120k in Miami(higher cost of living)to deal with a difficult client doesn't sound like a good deal. He should ask for more to even make this a competitive option.
