Forearm training is key. Armwrestlers have huge forearms. These muscles tend to be ignored as people focus on biceps/triceps. In my opinion, well-developed forearms are super impressive.

Arm wrestlers rely mainly on shoulder strength and locking in order to win. Not that forearms are *not* important, but I definitely wouldn’t put it with “key” training…

@@vaultboy6911 you could do rope twists, seated dumbbell forearm curls, forearm curls with arms supported on the bench, dumbbell forearm hammer curls, or my personal favorite which is just twisting the dumbbell back and forth in your hand letting your wrist go to the full range of motion

So this is what's going on guys imma break it down for the kids out there. So what's going on is that these people who are jacked but look small I'm shirts is because they have a small frame...their bodies were not designed to be big muscle heads they just got there by hard work and modern advancements in fitness and supplements. You can see on this individual that he has a very small neck and the width of his shoulders are small. No matter how much muscle he packs on he can't change his dorky frame.
