Completely agree, but 4-6 weeks is sometimes too short a time to get better

I'm under physio from Nov 12th, still not well should I go for MRI, back pain started after leg day exercise in gym, exercises which was performed was - leg extensions, curls, lunges, light weight leg press - 30kg,calf raises. But this pain is not resolved yet and I'm not able to sit without pain for more than ½ hour. I already had a mild disc bulge and straightening of lumber spine but no major symptoms related to it except numbness and tingling when I use Indian bathroom or sit with cross legs. Im so frustrated with it

Ask your Doctor. After 6-8 weeks, if the pain is significant, a MRI is a reasonable test, but this is a general statement. Your individual situation may or may not warrant a MRI.

But it's around 4.5month now and my daily activities are hampered

@@saurabhbhatia1027 If it is getting worse, please call your Physician. Usually things getter better in a pattern of two steps forward, but an occasional step back or worsening. IF much worse, you may need additional testing. Please discuss with your Doctor. Good luck.
