Heightens not just the battle scene where most shounen anime focuses but also expanded on stories, fleshing out scenes that are just 1 panel like the dancing scene or some of the exploring scene. The anime also consistently having high quality of animations throughout the series. Not only the artstyle but the BGM and sound designs are top tier that heightens battle scene and the emotional part of the story too. Trully a masterpiece of an anime.

I reference this anime difference all the time. It blew me away when I saw the episode.

Attack on Titan comes to mind. The artwork especially in the earlier chapters pales in comparison to Mappa’s adaptation

Demon slayer. Yea, I hate the writer of that thingy with a passion. Bad pacing, bad story, confusing powers, too many cliff hangers, no explanation for anything, too many back stories and that also always right before the villain is about to be defeated. The only thing that carried demon slayer was it's animation

I also like to think of "Call of the night" and the entire story behind it with Creepy Nuts who produced the music for it after the manga was initially made as an hommage to one of their songs. The Anime really came full circle and is an absolute masterpiece.
