@@darboboyle693 Whether he does Wheatgrass or not doesn't concern me. What I do know is that poor Echo Charles doesn't receive any monetary compensation whatsoever from Jocko (only rear naked chokes, Kimuras, Mölk and some arm bars) but he really digs it when you tell him how Jacked he is. Give the man a break, enjoy Wheatgrass, do some curls and train some BJJ.

I never heard any “fragging” stories from you. Let’s start talking about what happens when moral is do low that your men are willing to kill you for even trying to get them to take that hill.

It’s funny how Eco is the everyday man on the podcast yet he is an absolute beast, jacked black belt etc.

Jocko, how do you build a relationship with those who wrongly see you as a stooge? Context: I work for an organisation in the middle of business transformation. I was transferred from Team A to Team B, but required to carry on working closely with Team A. The Team A management are widely recognised in the organisation to be, at worst, unprofessional, un-strategic, and resistant to change - and I agree. They also don’t trust the organisation’s new strategy or leader. The Team B manager and the organisation’s leadership team are directing me to innovate, and I’ve led several successes, for which I have been praised by the leadership team. Team A don’t like these projects and have given me a lot of grief for championing the organisation’s new way of working. I now have a broken-down relationship with the Team A managers and I suspect that they see me as a stooge. How can I rebuild my relationship with the Team A managers? Any other comments about how I can navigate this situation? Thank you for your podcast and for answering this question.
