Some relationships are toxic, and when that happens, it's important to know when to end that relationship.
Unfortunately with family members, those relationships can be unhealthy and cause a lot of detriment to your self, resulting in a ton of negative impacts.
If this is the case, it might be time to cut certain family members out of your life, or at least set very strict boundaries with them so you take care of yourself and aren't as negatively impacted by them.
Here are times when to consider cutting family members out of your life:
1. If they physically harm you.
2. If your physical health is being negatively impacted
3. If your mental health is being triggered by being around them
