2021, back in my happy place when our 8 year old has gone to bed. With tears as Iisten to this and many happy memories. I met the most beautiful and loving girl in 1999 these guys played in a local club. After they'd finished I was about to leave and she came in with friends, I did double take, never seen her before but something about her as I watched her walk by, she smiled and carried on. I stayed, had another drink and eventually went and said hello. She smiled again and my whole body shivered. Wow, that was a first when approaching a girl, I was shaking. We saw The Searchers as a couple a couple of years later and for 20 years I was in heaven and best years of my life with the only love of my life and this was "our song" as I often reminded her of the day she "Walked in the room". 2019 we played this track as her farewell song at her funeral as the curtain closed around her coffin, just 41 years of age she was a figher but cancer beat her. Jen, if you looking down, I will always remind Grace mummy loved her dearly.

I had the intro riff in my head from the 60s.in 2016 I remembered it but pretty much gave up trying to find after trying all the 12 string songs i could find, including the Byrds. Then in 2020 I bot a Danelectro electric 12 string because it was cheaper and more available than my dream guitar Rickenbacker 340/12 Fireglo. So there was a video about Danelectro demo and one guy called it 12 string songs that everyone forgets. This song was one of them. Cool way to find it all around Robinhood's barn! Finally my thirst was quenched!

I had some great times in the 60s and the music was fantastic.
