IRB also has free public beach parking. It’s our favorite place to go too.

Bro… we zoomed a couple years ago for some guidance to move to greater Tampa bay. I was planning on moving from Massachusetts to Downtown St. Petersburg, well I did and … this place is AWESOME!

Nice work on the vids Juan, as always. I'll be spending a couple months in Sarasota and would love to connect about both short and long-term plans. I expect to reach out directly at some point.

Great content. I am going to FL for a week or so holiday, haven't decided exactly where yet. Clearwater looks great but also been looking at Miami. Could you tell me what the weather is like on average around October? When in the next few months would be best to come? Thanks (Yes google is at my fingertips but I thought I'd ask an actual Floridian who knows better 😉)

The streets you were showing for the St. Pete Beach section, those are located in St. Petersburg - big difference :)

Ah, I remember when average Floridians could actually afford to live in beach towns. Those days are over. The beaches are now reserved for the rich or people from more expensive areas.

It definitely is not an inexpensive option, that’s for sure. Thanks for sharing.

You have to also think that those that could afford to live then, didn’t save enough to count for inflation.

@@Shelikesit. yeah, most Floridians weren't saving with the idea that housing prices were going to double in a 4 year period along with a doubling of insurance and hoa rates and a massive influx of out-of-state buyers who drove up prices with bidding wars.

@@ANonymous-gw2cs What you and many others like to cry about is the fact that most spend way out of their budget. Buying homes they can’t afford, along with cars to impress others. Stacking credit cards up and then expecting to live in the same place. Blaming out of state buyers which is only one part of the issue. Overall you reap what you sow.

How are the schools in Indian Rocks Beach? I’m struggling to find good public schools in the area.

With $4 million dollars you can buy 100 acres in Tennessee.

Also a great option depending on your lifestyle goals. I love the mountains, too. But for some, mountains are something you can go to. For others, the beach is something you can go to. And for the rare few, both are places you can visit your 3rd or 4th homes. 🤣
