Hypertension is when systolic Blood pressure is higher than 140 mmhg and diastolic Blood pressure is higher than 90 mmhg. A normal blood pressure is important because High blood pressure may lead to some diseases like stroke,heart attacks,kidney failure,eye disease and damage to outer layer of nerves.
When you have high blood pressure it's time to immediately talk to your primary Physician who after having gone through your history,examination and certain lab tests will prescribe you some medications.
Along with medicines you should also bring some changes into your lifestyle like minimising salt intake and those foods which contain salt,processed foods,reducing pickle in your food as these are mostly loaded with salt,cutting down your tea and coffee intake.
You can eat those fruits which contain magnesium, potassium, calcium but are low in sodium like banana ,oranges,grapes etc.
Also spinach is good for Hypertension and also use salad without extra salt.
