Started with 5 day bro split about 3 year ago ( nutrition, sleep was shit) later shifted to 6 day (back bicep, chest tricep, Shoulde legs X2) . Been doing push pull legs since 2020 and recently shifted to a hybrid push pull legs to compensate for long distance cycling on the weekends. ( In short, the perfect split , evolved over time.)

According To me A beginner must follow Full Body routine to introduce their body to muscles soreness. A Advance lifter (who is lifting for atleast 1yr continuously) Must follow Push Pull Legs to maximise Muscle Growth. A Professional Bodybuilder Follow Bro split where he trains a muscle per day Becoz he wants to Maximise his Particular Muscle Growth . This is acc. to me And After my fitness knowledge after lifting for more than 2 yrs continuously 🔥🔥

if there is no issue of time..then i think push pull legs split is the best..it increase muscle protein synthesis which results in increase in muscle size and its quit satisfied to do as walk out from gym quit sored and pumped..but you need to hear that it require longer training session 1-2 hrs and no. of sets also increase if we compare with other splits
