Satoshi Sugie, is the founder of Whill. Whill makes modern compact electric foldable wheelchairs that are easy to transport. In this video, Sugie sets off with Job with Scoozy C, and he tests a prototype of the 4-wheel driven Scoozy C in the park near Delft in the Netherlands.
Whill and Scoozy have a similar vision when it comes to product design: modern design lowers the threshold for people to use a tool and really make them feel free. Whill and Scoozy are complementary to use: Whill is compact and agile at a speed of 6 km/h and a range of up to 16 km. Ideal for indoor and outdoor use. At a speed of up to 18 km/h and a range of up to 100 km, SCOOZY is really suitable for longer distances.
The 4WD demonstrated in this video is a prototype. The launch date for the 4WD upgrade is not yet known, but it is expected to be possible to retrofit a 2WD to a 4WD.
