Preparation
1. Combine cottage cheese with a minimum percentage of fat with an egg, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and sour cream, grind with a blender into the most homogeneous mass.
2. Combine sifted flour with baking powder and mix.
3. Add the curd mixture, hard cheese cut into small pieces, any that melts, and finely chopped greens are suitable. Knead a very soft, sticky dough.
4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Moisten your hands with water, form an oval or round blank from each piece.
