Does it gets solid on the cake or does it stay tacky? The ratio for a sturdy white chocolate ganache is 3:1 ( 3 for white chocolate) otherwise the icing will be too runnny. But i. Your video it looks ok. Does the cream cheese solidify it?

On the cake, it becomes firm and not sticky, but not hard. Cream cheese strengthens well

And, could I add strawberry powder and flavoring to part of this for a filling? I need enough for an eight inch with four layers. Should I double this?

@@BigGirlBritchesBelieves it is quite sweet. White chocolate is not my favourite but most people like it. I think american buttercream is the safest for covering a cake. It is so easy to work with, it gets so wonderfully solid, sharp edges are guaranteed, it locks in the filling, covering with fondant is made easy, you can paint on it....so versatile. As long as it is not used only for the finish cover in a thin layer and not as a filling it is not noticable when eating as I don't like it tastewise.

Is this pipable? Like swirls on cupcakes? Or can I use this as spread over naked cake layers? I always find ganache based frostings easy to make in a weather which is hot like India. Will this work? Thanks ❤️
