It has white chocolate which contains cocoa butter, which is known for it's ability to harden from a melted warm temperature to a solid cool temperature state. I'd say yeah, it sets pretty solid.

@@mahdireza5695 yes but depending on recipe the chocolate doesn’t always set hard but stays soft not like normal ganache

@@leanne1065 well when you use mostly white chocolate, most likely the ganache will set firm. (What's normal ganache lol, this is just regular ganache, whipped up)

@@leanne1065 not how it works... I've made whipped ganache plenty of times to know (I bake often). It sets eventually, especially if it goes in a cold place like a fridge. It's not immune to setting lol.
