Hey everyone who reads this, welcome back to another episode of Whisper Wednesday. I picked 4 posts I want to talk about, as usual. Hopefully you all find this interesting as much as I do.
So the first post says, "I'm such a hypocrite. I tell my patients to work out regularly to improve their mental health & I don't even have the motivation to do it myself." This I can relate to because of the working out and mental health components of this post. Exercise and working out are great for helping deal with mental health issues.
The second post I picked says, "Do you ever get so lonely it hurts?" I answered yes to that, just going by the past few months. I've been super lonely and depressed and those to things together make life difficult. More so than normal. Having no one to talk to or confide in, it makes things tougher.
The third post I picked says, "I feel so gross. I want to lose weight so badly, but I can't seem to stop eating sugary foods. I feel like I need them. I'm a weak failure." I sympathize with this person because changing your diet is not an easy thing to do. Changing diets takes a lot of discipline.
The fourth post I picked says, "When did relationships dissolve into hookups?" Excellent question. I blame that on social media and dating apps. Plain and simple. It's too easy to leave and find someone else. People seem like they treat like shopping. They like to go out and try on different things, on dating apps people like to go out and try different people.
