@@kylanhendrix Sweetheart, I've ridden 7 and all of them were too all over the place. Twisted Colossus is the worse of the ones I've been on. Lightning Rod was the BEST RMC experience I've had. The New Texas Giant was messed up by RMC and Goliath at SFGA is too short but its ok and Steel Vengence was kool because the over aggression is the last part/finale of the ride. El Toro, Boulder Dash and THE VOYAGE are the types of coasters like like. I like long stretches of speed and tight turns but alll that constant up and down and different directional changes are too much on RMC's to the point its disorienting and you cant catch a breathe to realize what has happened to see if you enjoyed it or not. As far as Steel I like Intamin coasters and the only B&M I will ride over and over is NITRO.

Beautiful but I am not a fan of a wide helix, so to me there is tons of wasted space. I built a model in 1978 that had a much tighter version of the first helix, but it was long before this Japanese coaster was built. It was displayed at the 1980 Coaster Con and I cannot help but think a few moves were inspired by that model. That little hump following the first helix was more abrupt on mine, but it is in the same spot. I know it sounds crazy but...

Actually the Japanese don't really make coasters any more (the major company, Togo, shut down back in the early 2000's or 90's)---all the now-famous Japan coasters are made by Americans and Europeans (this one is by Intamin out of Europe). The only uber-famous Japanese made coaster still running in Japan is FujiYama at the base of Mt. Fuji.

Being at Nagashima Spaland on my Japan vacation last year, I managed to get several rides on White Cyclone as well as Steel Dragon 2000. Not a bad woodie, (the helixes are strong on the laterals and the best air is on the drop after the first helix) plus its one of the most beautiful looking coasters I've seen. However, I think Regina at Tobu Zoo is slightly better.

Now THIS is A REAL coaster. You are SUPPOSED to be shaken about when you ride. You young people are PUNKS, you all can't handle a little rattle and roll. A steel coaster is supposed to give you smooth and floating A WOODIE is supposed to give a totally different feel. What's the point of a Woodie if RMC is going to come in and make it totally smooth? I ABHOR RMC refurbs unless it's TOPPER TRACK.
