Ingredients:
1 x white chocolate 200 gr. (Normal)
1 x white “Mousse” chocolate 150 gr. (If possible)
(Alternatively a white Aero chocolate or similar)
1-2 tbsp neutral oil (rapeseed oil or sunflower oil)
100 g roasted hazelnuts (LIDL, Turkish supermarket or similar)
Preparation:
Crumble the two types of chocolate into small pieces and puree in the mixer
Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and continue to mix until the consistency is creamy
put aside
Also mix the roasted hazelnuts until the hazelnut oil comes out
Then mix and fill both masses together
The consistency also changes again when it cools down
Roast hazelnuts yourself: (only if no roasted ones are available!)
Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet
Bake at 140 ° top and bottom heat for about 10-20 minutes until the skin loosens.
Roll the nuts back and forth in a towel to remove the skin
If the white Nutella gets too hard after cooling, simply put it in the microwave and heat it up. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of oil, stir and let cool down again ...
