It's a known fact her husband was jealous of her...she said so herself in an interview... peoples egos are vile in show business sometimes.. she deserved those awards and it's was the film and her album from the film and her voice and music of cause that got her all those awards...it doesnt happen every year to anyone . It was quite a shame for the other nominees but bad timing I'm afraid . The body guard film and music was iconic ..

She was very much a professional. It was like she had a unique speech for every award she won that night. Thanking different people. As if she prepared to win all those categories in advance. lol But it's really because she knew her craft that intimately, and had a deep connection with all those individuals in the industry. I think she's one celebrity, that was shown how much she was loved and appreciated while she lived; and that's pretty rare. This award show, aged very well.

Gloria Sumual, first of all, she didn’t say female. She said artist, when clearly there’s tons of artists who won the same amount of awards or even more in one night. Some female artists who have done so is Adele and Beyoncé. Whitney is great and very talented but if she really thinks Whitney Houston is the only one to win that many awards, she must not know about many other big names in the industry.

Gloria Sumual that’s great but you’re missing the point. That comment said that Whitney is the only ARTIST, not female artist. So I was replying to that comment.
