Them: [hears noise] It's a Bigfoot! Karl: Maybe is vampire?

I have seen that documentary about bigfoot and that man breaks down when they tell him that the hair came from a bear. You can see the reality that he may have killed a man and a child in costume hitting him and it is so heartbreaking.

I find it wild that they dont arrest him for murder, as far as ive gathered from the video, since he 100% murdered a man and kid.
@RHCole

@@donutchan8114 The problem is that there is no actual evidence of a crime. There is no body, no solid proof that a murder took place, and we don't even know who might have been killed. All we have to go on is the guys word that he killed a Bigfoot and it's kid in the woods and that could easily be just a tall tale that didn't even happen. Legally speaking, if there is no evidence of a crime, you can admit to whatever you want to admit to and they can't do anything about it.

I’ll go for jackalopes for my fav, because there were, for many years in my home town, there were rabbits with growths on their heads that looked like antlers.

Yes, there's a disease that causes that mutation. It's possibly where the idea to hoax full-on jackalopes came from.

Regular fit people can actually run down gazelles on foot, so you could probably catch a deer the same way. The way they do this is by endurance running and spooking the animal until it overheats and exhausts itself, because while gazelle are fast they need time to cool down after exertion, while human sweat evaporates quickly and consistently as we move because of our exposed skin. Ironically, bigfoot would probably be too hairy to pull off the same trick.

Apparently my home state of Ohio made #4 on the list of number of Bigfoot sightings in 2022, so this year Hocking Hills State Park is having their first ever Bigfoot Festival. Whatever brings in the tourism I guess. 😊

Something the audience might find interesting is a book by Max Brooks called ‘Devolution’, where a high tech eco community is cut off from the outside world when Washington State’s Mount Rainier erupts, trapping the residents not only on the mountainside, but with a group of Sasquatch. And they are very hungry… The book is being adapted into movie, but it’s been years since any news came out about it, but there is a very good audiobook with big name actors like Judy Greer, Nathan Fillion, and Kate Mulgrew.

The fact that there are people who will straight up murder something they think it's a "mOnStEr" without any further context is utterly horrifying and disgusting to me.

History Channel's Monster Quest is the only one of these monster hunter shows, that I know of, where they claim to have found evidence of what they were looking for. The episode was on a giant fish, I think a pike, that was supposedly attacking people. While searching they found a jaw bone and doing some math they claimed it would have probably been the biggest pike ever. I haven't seen the episode in years so I don't remember all the details.

Fun joke my uncle showed me as a kid when we were traveling to camp in the northern mountain range in California (so long ago not sure what area) he told my cousin and I we will see a big foot on the way to the camp site keep and eye out. And sure enough there was a big red foot painted in the road on the way up the mountain. He got we were so hoping to see big foot I was like 10 or so

I was miles deep in the wild forest one night when Bigfoot told me to leave. I drove down a road with campsites dotted along it and ended up at a river. A bear knocked over a tree nearby so we left. One of these is the far more accurate story but won't make me any money.

The best part about Bigfoot is how much more silly it gets as time goes on. Sure, in the old days before high quality portable affordable cameras you could let yourself think "maybe" but these days? High quality cameras you can strap to a tree protected from the elements are a dime a dozen. There has to be tens of thousands of trail cams hanging around the woods of the USA these days and not a one has caught compelling footage in the last 10 years of a 7-15 foot ape? Not to mention all these big foot hunter types wiring up the forest with the express purpose of catching big foot on video. Then you have the youtube/tiktok people who put cameras out to just catch cool nature footage and none of them have caught a glimpse? It's just impossible to believe anymore.

I would love this stuff to actually exist, I want our world to be more fantastical than it really is. I do believe in aliens not like the little green men in spaceships but there’s so many types of life on our planet that in the whole massive universe there must be at least one other planet with intelligent life.

I always find it really confusing when people devote their lives to proving bigfoot exists. Say it does, and you discover him. What now? Good job, you found out that there's.... a monkey in America?? good job I guess man, you sure showed us. I thought you were a loser until I learnt there was a monkey in nature.

But think about it how funny would it be if they went out there to film a fake Bigfoot and then they caught real Bigfoot on camera
