The anchor being of the MCU is Blade (Wesley Snipes) That's why he's in the Void. He Who Remains threw him in there to secure the Sacred Timeline before he rewrote after he won the first Multiversal War. Therefore the Sacred Timeline is left 'sacred' because it can now never be destroyed by an anchor being dying in its universe, or rewritten since the TVA exists outside all universes But now that He Who Remains is gone and Deadpool had Blade released from the Void....

Sony and Disney never fought for his rights. Disney owns Spider-Man (comics, tv shows, and merch) but Sony owns the movie rights to Spider-Man ever since they bought it in 1997 for 7 million dollars. The clause is Spider-Man aka Peter Parker, must never kill in his movies or act villainous, and he must always be White and straight. And, if Sony lapses on making any Spider-Man movie content for 5 years, then the movie rights revert back to Disney Market. So do the math: 1997 plus 5 years equals 2002. That's when the first Spider-Man movie came out. Obviously we got the second and third within ample time. With the third one in 2007. Fast forward five years and we got Amazing Spider-Man on 2012. Then the sequel 2 years later. Then we got Venom four years later in 2018, and of course Morbius, Venom 2, Madame Web, and both Spider-Verse movies. Technically we can count all three MCU Spider-Man movies as well since 2017 since they were produced mainly by Sony.
