The biggest liar is there hiding in the Kremlin with one lie after another. From his first lie of just in this war where a 65 km tank column was on their way to the gates of Kiev, stating nothing was happening, no war, no aggression, all the way till today. But the greatest thing of a dictator is that it can't help itself and will spin out of control.
