Thank you, because with lawyers, being respectful to this racist policing system and court systems, Blacks have wrongly been found guilty of all types of things from being stolen and enslaved till now that they've become exhausted and now do things that make no sense because they're somewhere they never agreed to being. Since you know you're in a land that's always demonically against you, you might as well try anything to keep out of jail since doing things the system's way has never worked for you. You're laughed at and mocked no matter which way you try to function in this criminal empire. So, he tried. And now things have evolved that someone who shares your people's wrongful treatment has been morphed into an agent against you for a system of captivity that is not of his own people. It’s crazy how y’all gave this judge so much praise, he knows where this man is getting at and knows something ain’t right. Just cause he can’t articulate his innocence.

the u.c.c works with paperwork, not in a courtroom while you're already incarcerated. at that point, he should've gone with trust law and the office of the executor.
@jeffflores9305

How about this, or get an actual lawyer that knows the law? Trust law and office of the executor is a bunch of moronic idiocies that just get you more jail time. People really believe they can do whatever they want and ignore the law, while at the same time expecting to have their rights protected.

I feel sympathy for the court officers who have to listen to this drivel. I feel sorry for the ignorant people who think it will help them, and I hate the people who are making money propagating this nonsense.

Thing is he technically mixed processes. Either excerse your right to subrogation or challenge jurisdiction with the added proper case law / knowledge. Also definitions and understanding is beyond important. I truly feel like if dude really went in there on his square he would of had a fighting chance but when your speaking certain things but can't answer to what your saying... your going to loose everytime... in my opinion he should of answered a question with a valid question.

Challenge jurisdiction 😂 cause that works so often. How about this one: “He should have confirmed the judge was on his oath and asked for proof of his last swearing of the oath”.
