We all know Whole Foods have high prices, but people who shop there (like myself) do it because the prices are worth it. The ingredients are so much healthier, cleaner, and safer. Thanks Bobby for recommending some good products that I’ve overlooked! Will def try the cheese and the yogurts !! I’ve been trying to get on the “grass fed” wagon so this video was helpful!!

I have to agree with you . Healthier , cleaner and safer . We do raise grass fed - grass finished Angus Cows. it was my idea, overall , I don't eat a huge amount of red meat , sometimes. I know others who will go in together and buy a cow , cheaper that way.

Whole Foods is actually not really expensive like that. Unless if you are buying specialty products like grass fed, pasture raised, sauerkraut, kimchi etc. But their standard prices of ground beef, bread, juice, milk and more. Are actually cheaper than most markets I go to.

Hey Bobby I've been mostly organic for around 15 years now !! no hfcs, aspartame or MSG has entered my system in well over a decade !! before and after was like NIGHT AND DAY. Also I haven't taken a SINGLE medicine since, otc or otherwise, I haven't even been sick. No shots of any kind (f that) and no vax during the vid either, was out smoochin almost every night living it up and nothing. Quality food and nourishment are so important it's unreal. I've followed most of your advice without even knowing of your channel for the most part, though I wasn't scrutinizing oils quite as much as you. Since watching a few years back though I have switched entirely to avocado oil for cooking/frying at home, before that it was organic whatever (canola, etc). Cheers to GOOD HEALTH !! Let your food be your medicine, the true way to live !! no doctors, no drugs, no FDA "medicine" that causes other sh!t. FREEDOM. truly what it's all about, at least to me.

Their 365 Brand is less expensive than my other supermarkets’ less healthy versions. 365 garbanzo beans are organic, unsalted, and only $1.79, for example. Same amazing lower prices for many of the 365 frozen vegetables and other products. Whole Foods’ chicken breasts are cleaner and remarkably cheaper. I have a question for you. Why do you recommend coconut sugar or honey? Sugar is sugar and it doesn't matter where it comes from. The GI for coconut sugar is exactly like the GI for cane sugar, with no benefit whatsoever. Here is some information from Google: "Coconut sugar's average GI rating is around 50-54, essentially the same as white table sugar. As a general rule, you can substitute coconut sugar for white sugar, but it has the same number of calories and grams of carbs so it will affect blood sugars in the same way as white table sugar can."

Yeah it's Creamy, strained but it is HIGH FAT yogurt that has barely more protein than regular plain. Greek yogurt is a 10% fat yogurt, the one you are holding is 3.5% fat, and here in EU it would be labeled as "reduced fat" or "light" greek yogurt.

The Vital Farms "pasture raised" eggs are best for you due to the higher nutritional value. I agree with you. However, @ timestamp 8:14 -- The Cappello's pasta package states - cage free eggs are produced from hens that are non-caged and free to roam in "open buildings". So, I am going to pass on the Cappello's Pasta products, as they are made from cage free eggs, which are lower in quality/nutrition. For the price of their pasta, those eggs better be "pasture raised" and the chickens need to be able to get some sun! 🤣

@@Pittsburgh-gal. I suppose it's time I quit watching him. You will find few scientists, doctors or nutritionists in here, they have better things to do with their time. I am thru with Berg, Westman and Berry too. My blood pressure is sure to rise watching their videos

I can’t afford those prices either. Seniors on a fixed income = no Whole Foods.

You featured all of my favorite products! Base Culture! Capellos! That cottage cheese is awesome. I usually get goat kefir though. I will go to WF today to see what’s on sale. Thanks!

Curious, do you try to avoid hidden msg's? There were a few in one of those products you showed .What's your stance on them? I'm genuinely curious.

I'm a new viewer. Been watching for about a month. I was having really bad stomach issues. Everything that I ate was causing upset stomach. I was getting scared that I might have something seriously wrong. I began to ask Jesus for help and healing. Between that and choosing healthy foods, my symptoms have gone away. Thank you Jesus

And Elizabeth warren is trying to stop the huge grocery chain merger because then we have even less shopping choices to feed ourselves. Growing some food in pots and a small greenhouse helps with costs.

People are sleeping on Whole Foods. They are often much cheaper, especially with their 365 brand, than other stores like Walmart and Safeway.
