Sorry for your loss sincerely. I lost a friend to addiction/overdose. Still think about him all the time. Just had a cousin get out of prison after 15 years, and I think he’s definitely feeling that judgment about now. You seem like a good dude with a good heart , and that’s probably why I enjoy your channel. Give Everlast “I get by” a reaction sometime, or the song he did with Santana “Put Your Lights On.” I bet you would dig both of them.

Thank you for your opinion on women and pregnancy. To be honest, was in that boat a couple of times, once, as a single mother in college where I wasn’t 100% certain I’d have the support of her father. I chose to go through with it and keep the baby. I was judged for being a single mom by many. Then on my third pregnancy the child had a genetic disorder (poly cystic kidney disease in utero) and we had to consider what we were going to do. Gave birth and she died 45 minutes after birth. But still had to really consider and make the choice prayerfully and carefully. The father did stick with me and we’ve been married 26 years. Sorry to hear about your friend.

You hit it right on the head. This could be me or you someday. I never pass by the homeless when I meet them on the street without stopping to chat briefly, and pass along some bills from my wallet, and food if I have some. They are human beings - treat them as such. Keep up the good work.

This reminds me of my dad. We were in Albuquerque about to go to the movie theater (I was about 9 years old at the time) and this homeless man was sitting outside along the building in the shade. He was very badly sunburnt. My dad told him to come with us. We all got in the car and he took this man to McDonalds and got him some food and then took him to a hotel and got him a room. My dad got back in the car after giving the man a hug and it was the first time I ever seen my dad cry like that. We ended up not going to see a movie. I will always remember these kinds of things about my dad. I'm so proud of him and who he was and how he treated people. He raised us kids to be the same way. 💙🕊️

RIP Money Mike.. hey. you'll hear at some point that we all live in an illusion. Here' it is. If you died at your job, somebody will replace you, by the end of the day. They'll give you a plaque, your family *maybe* compensation for their loss, remember your name at an event, and that's it. But if you die at home, nobody can replace you. Your role in your family can only be filled by you and when you're gone, you can't get it back. What was supposed to be there for a lifetime, is no longer and that is absolutely devastating.. it destroys family's. So I"m very sorry for the loss of your friend, and all that he meant to his family, to real life. xo

That "choice" is now gone. It takes a STRONG human to walk into a CLINIC. I speak from experience. I wanted to scream at the protestors, but I knew it'd fire them up more & didn't want to incite anything. Point is, I couldn't go through with it. Leaving, They called me WORSE things & was attacked because they "assumed" I had an abortion.

Everlast is one BAD man... he was an OG rapper from way back since the late 80s, rapping with groups like Rhyme Syndicate, House of Pain, Ice-T, Cypress Hill, Warporn Industries and La Coka Nostra. He left rap after having a near-death experience in a roadside accident, but returned to the game several times to depart wisdom on the new generations. I suggest songs like: (1) The Culling, (2) Dream State, (3) I Get By, (4) Slow Your Roll, (5) Stone In My Hand, (6) Letters From The Garden of Stone

I dont have a problem with her being able to make the Choice. My problem is that She can Decide without the Fathers input. She shouldn't be able to kill a baby that the Father Wants, if She can Decide to keep it and then make him Pay Child Support or choose to get rid of it without him. It should work both ways, if he doesnt want it but she does, he should be exempt from Child Support. And for the Record I fully Support My Daughter even though she doesnt live with me anymore. So dont think that is what i meant, i fully wamted my Daughter to be born.

Skeez.. i love what you do, and the size of your heart, the world needs heart. Your compassion is off the charts, if you also tend to that man you were talking about. But allow me to possibly add to your psychology to help people. Never forget that when a human being becomes homeless and is treated BADLY by their society, they become *feral*. They can still mimic society norms.. but it's just mimicry.. they have to exist in a different place, mentally and emotionally, in order to survive their situation, to get out of it, if they ever do. So do the good you do, but do it with some kind of idea that things can go wrong. Showering attention on one person can put a target ON THAT PERSON.. to street predators. The person can turn on you.. even though you helped them; it doesn't matter because you don't know what happened to them the night before. When you give, make sure that you *give*.. it's not yours, what your giving away.. it's justice you're offering them and that's also how we can humble ourselves while protecting ourselves. anyways.. i love this song and this group. They got MANY amazing songs.

6:22 ‘You never know… her situation.’ True, BUT trust us, the one thing we Do know is… She’ll regret both decisions; sex with a loser and not bringing the unconditional love of That child into this world. One day, he will have regrets of his own to handle too. It hits hard later in life. I can only take comfort in the knowledge that a higher power made me responsible for exactly how many children I was supposed to have. My actions and my soul will be weighed and measured, outside and within. I get it though, we’re all young once… until we’re not.

I worked at a short term psych hospital for 6 years in San Diego. Lots of homeless would come in and out. sometimes so numbed out (dissociation) they couldnt function, or worse if they had schizophrenia, often trapped in what could only be a waking nightmare of voices that whisper madness, but a anti psychotic like Haldol would clear them up, to the point they might be able to function or provide for themselves, but that haldol shot cost 1k . and when their ssi ran out, out they went. They drink and do drugs to numb the pain. would you? How long could you manage demons whispering in your ear? I hope you never have to, I hope we can help them more.

People are like that because they don't love themselves. They look in the mirror and don't like what they see. Instead of changing themselves they'd rather make everyone else look bad. It's sad but there's a lot of people out there who don't know how to love. Neither love themselves or anyone else. That's a shame. Nothing feels like love.
