Started played full-time (with my job that I work from home now) and I recently came off a 300 buyin soulcrusher that lasted almost 3 months, I learned more in those 3 months than I ever did for the years I played as a hobby before. And I've got 1 big win and several FTs over the past 2 weeks. Downswings are inevitable, and are the most transformative and educational experiences a player can have. And they do end, eventually, if your bankroll and sanity can handle it. -11bb/100 under EV for 25k hands is ugly, and it eventually got beyond soulcrushing, it was downright cruel toward the end. If you're on a massive downer and happen to read this, it's normal, and it does end, and you will come back from it if you put it the work and are honest with yourself and your game.

You nailed at the very end there as long as your honest with yourself and the state of your game matters. Too many ppl think they are running bad when in actuality they are playing bad

Point No. 1 is so important. People think to get rid of certain humans in your life, which dont share the same goals or hinder you to reach them means you are arrogant or selfish. But it is not at all.

Thank God I don't have this problem. IE winning a fortune and losing it....My problem is not cashing big to begin with because I wasn't so good at GTO.. I studied up so let's hope I improved...But I don't multi table more than 3. Live I've done OK but not amazing.
