I try to eat Avacodo daily. I love them. I've been Keto for almost 2 years now. Lost 70 pounds in my first 9 months on keto. I incorporated Avacado from the start. I'm at my goal weight, 103 pounds and back in my size 0 jeans. Most importantly many health concerns were reversed. I've had my labs done after the weight loss, my doctor was very happy with my results. I cannot imagine ever going back to eating the way I was before keto. I'm so much happier now, I feel so much better.

I lost every bit of my body fat, exactly where I needed to lose it. (In someone's video, they caution people not to overdo it w/avocados, because they are high in potassium. Interesting fact; Avocados almost went extinct when Dinosaurs were wiped out. Its survival depended on large herbivore dinosaurs eating the fruits, the healthy fat in addition to a little protein, on top of nutrients, was a perfect food for long necked herbivore dinosaurs, the large seeds passed through the digestive tract easily, and a fresh mound of dino waste was perfect seeding ground. As the few remaining held on to their life for millions of years, some seeds being lucky enough to grow from beneath the parent tree, maybe a storm rolling some far enough away for it to get its own light and grow, but they dwindled significantly until they were eventually saved from extinction. By us.

The avocado or guacamole challenge is to eat about a cup of it and drink water and then wait a few minutes for your body to absorb it and then see if it curbs sugar cravings. Green tea with lots of cinnamon has a similar effect curbing ALL food cravings. Eggs about 4 to 5 cooked sunnyside up in unrefined coconut oil, add a little bit of real grass fed butter and himalayan salt also curbs all food cravings. It is still best to NOT skip breakfast according to New study cited by Mike Mutzell at high intensity health. Skipping breakfast is NOT for everyone. An amino protein called tyrosine taken in morning curbs sugar and caffeine cravings. Taurine is an amino protein that is excellent for your heart and eyes. Most struggle to eat enough meat but an amino protein called acetly L carnitine can dramatically improve brain function and helps transport or convert fat to energy at a cellular level. CoQ10 and PQQ also boost energy and heart function. Then you now have energy to do the 5 to 10 minute quick home workout or to go for long walks = *30 minutes per day. PPT avoid the wrong people and wrong places and wrong things. Don't keep any sugary sweets in your home. None. Eat more eggs. Take a choline supplement to accelerate healing a fatty liver. Up to 80 or possibly 90 percent of the population is deficient in choline. Men over 50 to avoid urinating in the middle of the night should take beta sisterol and cranberry extract 2 hours before bedtime. Most people could benefit by taking L-tryptophan and Glycine before bedtime plus magnesium and a little bit of potassium. Electrolytes daily: Magnesium Malate Potassium Citrate Himalayan salt (*iodine supplement) Purified water

Unless those mice were in a calorie deficit, how would adding avacdoes break the laws of thermodynamics ? It may improve insulin sensitivity in mice but regardless, if you are in a calorie deficit, how can you store a negative into a fat ?
@activatedcarbon158
3 жыл бұрын
In the world of Ketogenics, we do not consider caloric deficit or appreciation as we utilize.good fat, intermittent fasting to ultimately burn unwanted, excess body fat.It is the simple concept of using your fat storage to fuel the body instead of your glycogen reserves making it a more cleaner and efficient propeller system.
@mrken-jl9qo

Does insulin sensity help with weight loss?
@helios4425
3 жыл бұрын
@@mrken-jl9qo you are at a caloric deficit you would begin to burn off some of that stored fat as energy, after using up glycogen of course. However, when people do not make modifications to their diets and continue to eat highly processed foods and added sugars while trying to cut calories they often fail. This is due to a side effect of the insulin response to their diet, when your body secretes insulin and stores all that glucose floating around in your blood, often times your blood glucose levels will fall below normal and cause you to feel hungry, cause you to eat again (often craving carbs which in turn repeats the vicious cycle). This is why modifying ones diet to consume more "whole" foods that are not refined or processed, and without added sugars, will lead to greater success in weight loss.

I had a few seedlings in the garden. Unfortunately, the dog, a xolo corriente (mountain xolo) loves greens...But, I'm looking to get an Aravaipa avocado, a 'native' of Arizona. The original tree goes back to early American settlement in Arizona. It's withstood at least 150 years of blasting heat, snow, sleet, drought, and flash floods that can rip a steer to shreds in minutes. While no, it's not the best quality, that will change as new varieties come from it.

Personally, I don't feel hunger at all, just the urge for flavor. It's strange. I always get to just over day 2 but then get the craving for something flavorful like curry for example (not usually anything too carby though). Do you have any explanation for that, and what one can do to prevent it? Thank you as always 🙏
