I worked with a guy from New Orleans on a ship before Hurricane Katrina, but not at the time of this story. Very sad to say he lost his mom in the Hurricane. During lunch, a crew member said, "whoever died in the Hurricane deserved it. They knew it was coming and should have evacuated." (He wasn't aware of the mans loss) Needless to say, it was the last time he made a shitty statement like that. Your boy went to town on him. When asked, not one person there had seen anything.

He said in another longer version that while Frank was laughing at him for crying, Frank didn't realize it was because of his mom. Frank just thought Chris was crying over the city tragedy or something and being overly emotional. Yeah it's not okay to laugh at boys/men for crying but he wasn't making fun of him for mourning his mom. Maybe sending him to the hospital comatose with head trauma was a bit excessive.

She watched in horror for the next hour or so as the second plane hit the south tower. She ran for her life to the fairest place but also told me she had to wait as 1000+ people ran in her way. 50 mins later she said, the north tower collapsed and she sat there in a bench crying as she carries my cousin who was 8 months old at the time or so. And when the south tower collapsed she fainted for crying too much. My uncle who was with my aunt. He took him to a hospital which was crowded by hundreds of people. It was truly terrifying for her. She is now 46 years old and she surprisingly looks like she’s on her 30s. R.I.P to the 3000+ people who died on 9/11.
