Yeah, there’s demand!!! I had to resign, would be great to find out how to talk about those situations when u actually get fired. Although, I can show a continuous development in one place for 3 years, it’s still an emotionally charged question. ❤

These are great tips! Thank you. And they can apply to more than one question: why did you leave your last job, what do you look for in a company, how do you like to be managed, etc. We can tweak a lot of the responses you suggested to fit all of those questions and then some.

Could you say how would you find & fit in a role where our uniqueness or skills are more important than the on paper experience in terms of our promotion within the company ? Slow & steady wins the race but are there any major factors or opportunities in todays uneven career ladder which most people are overlooking..

A lot to unpack here, on paper experience helps with traditional roles and job openings (to get past the ATS scanners) but I believe that having unique experiences makes for better candidates. However, you’d have more success by finding jobs through networking with this kind of profile
