Good day! Today I am going to share with you a very tasty recipe for cabbage; a popular recipe for cabbage. I can not understand why I did not cook cabbage according to such a recipe before. The dish is delicious and satisfying. Now I cook cabbage with vegetables just like that! This dinner is very simply prepared from all available products.
Prepare this healthy vegetable dish for your family.
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION
700 grams (1 lb) cabbage.
2 large carrots.
3 medium-sized potatoes.
1 pepper.
Green onions, parsley.
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
100 ml (3 fl oz) kefir
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
150 grams (5 ounces) flour.
Salt.
Cream butter.
1. Thinly cut the cabbage, season with salt and squeeze it well so that the cabbage releases the juice.
2. Grate carrots and potatoes on a large grater.
3. Slice the peppers thinly.
4. Chop the green onions and parsley.
5. Lightly whisk 3 eggs, season with salt, pepper and add sugar.
6. Add kefir, baking soda, vegetable oil, and flour.
7. Stir the batter and mix with the vegetables.
8. Brush the baking sheet with parchment paper and butter.
9. Line the vegetables with the dough, lay out with a spatula.
10. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Use the lower heat or cover the baking sheet with foil.
11. Grate the cheese on a large grater and sprinkle the casserole.
12. Bake at 200 degrees for another 10 minutes.
13. Cool slightly, cut into slices and serve with sour cream.
