Why didn't I know this recipe before. Easy mungbean sprouts recipe
Ingredients :
150-200g Mungbean sprouts (1 1/2- 2 cups).
- Blanch for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain, plunged into cold water.
2 spring onions.
1 tbsp sesame seeds.
1 tsp Korean red chili flakes.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 tbsp soy sauce.
1 tbsp sesame oil.
1/4 tsp salt.
1 tsp sugar.
Pinch of black pepper.
- serve with warm white rice.
