Club coach Craig Moore talks about why so many balls hit the ground when there are six players covering a small court: Disbelief that it's possible and hesitation because you don't think it's your ball to dig.
How do you remedy these two things? As a coach, it's your job to instill in your players the belief they can dig any ball and encourage constant communication between players on the court. Remind your players constantly: If you think you can dig a ball, dig it. Be aggressive, communicate and make the move.
