We drew 2-2 thanks to a late goal that had an attendance of 974, we then took them back to our place and drew 2-2 in front of 1,144 people where we lost on Penalties. We have beaten West Brom's kids and Wolves Kids in the Birmingham Senior Cup on Penalties. I have seen us score last minute winners. I can chat to the gaffer and players after the game. I get Social time there and I go for the love of the game. West Brom will be there despite Lai's best efforts in twenty years time. Darlo hopefully is to. I've always thought that I might be overly sentimental when it comes to my love of football. I've kept most of my views about the magic and beauty I find in football to myself. You have a knack for finding and featuring the exact things I treasure the most about this game, about the towns and the people and the history and traditions, charm. While watching your videos I keep thinking to myself "Ah!! She gets it!". Scanning the comments and seeing how others appreciate what you're doing tells me I'm not the oddball I thought I was. I mean, I'm still a weirdo, but for other reasons.

Could you go to a Scarborough athletic game? They are a Phoenix club of Scarborough fc, are fan owned and they have worked their way back up to the national north, where they are challenging for playoff places. They are also managed by Jono Greening.

My favorite of your videos... we don't have anything like this in the US. This one had heart, I'd love to see videos like this about the small clubs that are just working to stay alive and keep the heritage for the next generation.

Watched a few of your videos, this is probably the best one yet. The photography and editing were spot on. Thank you for highlighting this level of football. You deserve a far bigger platform for your work.

Brought tears to my eyes, and I'm an Indian in the States. Locals putting their souls out, exasperating themselves to keep non-familial local establishments up and running is something that I cannot fathom with my own experiences but the UK seems to have loads of them. Football may be one instantiation of such endeavours but it goes to show how many such lines of history were cut short by colonialism of various flavours, stories untold of families and communities. That is the humanity that persists and why stories retelling them mean so much. Thanks for the effort you put in to show us this side of the world, @StuntPegg.

This is what England is really like, not what they put on TV. There's a sense of community everywhere you go, outside the big cities anyway.

Because it’s priceless. Part time players working 40 hours a week (like the fans) and turning up to give it everything on a Saturday. Pint by the side of the pitch, solid fan banter and supporting your local club. What’s not to love! ❤️

This is the heart and soul of the game. Love the culture and community of it all. Reminds me of baseball and hockey communities from my youth in the Great Lakes region.

Thank you for highlighting non league football - These clubs and grounds have so much going for them, their identity, the fab grounds that have character and the most important thing people who put in the long hours and hard graft to keep their club going. Will have to make a trip to Bacup 😊

Brent maybe the manager but Debra is the boss 😂 ‘my greatest achievement is waking up in the morning and seeing the club is still there’ Amen to that 👍 Yet again Nieve from one BWFC supporter to another, your content is just getting better as each video goes by. Never thought watching a video of Bacup Football Club would bring a tear to my eye.

been watching you for years now through your ups and downs and your videos are just growing and growing, lots of people watch non league now because its the true, honest, warts and all football we all grew up with, with no added extras to spoil it like VAR

The shots you choose paint a much better picture than any words you could have picked. I feel as if I am there thousands of miles "across the pond" exploring the stadium. Brilliant work.

I love the lower/non league footy... its just proper British football. A lot of us lads growing up played as kids, so we can appreciate the game at any level. I love this sport, and i love this channel. Outstanding stuff Neive. ❤. Also, the League of gentlemen music was class 😂
