Wearing a Maurice Lacroix Aikon Automatic 39mm blue dial right now, and I couldn't agree more. I think B&M and ML, possibly Junghans also, fly under the radar due to them making quartz variants of the watches as well. @Angel d Teran Nomos makes their own movements from top to bottom but other than that and the very high end brands, yeah, not much in terms of German made movements. There were a lot of good German made movements up until the late 80s (made in GDR) but their main selling point was "good quality for cheap price" and this was killed in the 90s by very cheap and accurate Quartz movements.

The silicone monolithic design is a really cool innovation in mechanical watchmaking (technically Zenith did it first, but never in a significant production run, and at a ludicrous price), but the specific design of the watch face doesn't really do it for me. excellent segment. i went into a local store and i thought the F. Constants stood up nicely vs the other luxury lines on display.

I'm going to look at some Fredrick Constonte now...I know the spelling is off... but that silicone thing is crazy. Too bad you didn't have a video showing the second hand 😞

Love Glashütte. The Original SeaQ Panorama Date 43mm is a grail of mine. Ollech & Wajs needs more shine imho. Their C-1000 & P-101, awesome vintage style divers.

Dude I love your content! Came on your page through a g shock review and I love your content even if I’m not a watch guy or collector currently I just love your whole vibe! Funny but educational I dig it man haha I’d love to see you review the Orient sun and moon that you’ve mentioned before on one of your affordable watch videos! I wanted to get a nice dress watch and that’s in the price range I can look up other peoples reviews but I like yours the best!

Rado is pretty overlooked. Most people only know of the captain cook. I really like the Hyperchrome line and the GoldenHorse pieces.
