Workers deserve to be compensated for their hard work. If an employee is putting in the effort, they should be rewarded accordingly. As quoted by someone wise, 'I believe workers should get paid what they're worth.' And rightly so! Perhaps stock compensation is the answer. Let's appreciate the hardworking individuals who make our businesses thrive.

All the working class people: "We celebrate labor and how important unions are" The one guy in a business suit: "It's about working HARD and GETTING BACK TO WORK also please don't unionize, my company might make less money off of your labor :'("

I love seeing all the solidarity in the comments. Look at all the people uniting based on material conditions. I wish people understood socialism better and we could have people from all walks of life, with drastically different social views, but still unite in being anti-capitalist and pro-labor

@@tylerblue9691 , Sorry with my utmost respect but I honestly don't understand your point. Because I think we are saying just about the same thing. Labor struggles and unions includes working people from all different socioeconomic backgrounds. The most poor are involved in labor struggles and unions, the middle class are involved in labor struggles and unions, the most wealthy are involved in labor struggles and unions. Lets not loose sight of the fact that working people includes the most poor to the middle class to the most wealthy. All of whom are involved in labor struggles and unions.

I have labored all day today from 7:52 a.m. to 9:52 p.m. My husband was out of town to attend a Bachelor's party. I raised 444 lbs. of a concrete block using a bottle hydraulic jack. I placed pieces of wood, and broken concrete pieces as support. There are thick pine tree roots under the block, and it raises the concrete block. I am trying to level it with the entry to the home. SO THIS IS HOW THE BABY IS BORN. A LOT OF LABOR PAIN. MY HUSBAND DAKSHA DOESN'T KNOW THE LABOR PAIN I HAVE ENDURED IN RAISING 2 SONS....... NEITHER DO THE SONS. I will be laboring and celebrating tomorrow the 5th and 2 more days after tomorrow with Vedmi.... my mother always made it on my birthday.🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 My 2 sons were born on LABOR DAY/Gokul Ashtami and Ram Navami and are trained to be NOBLE BY MY IN--LAWS. THE DNA GOES IN BEFORE THE NAME GOES ON..... similar Advertisement by Zenith. My in-laws have NADIR DNA.

Not even close. YOU must be cognitively twelve years old, American/Canadian, you think you're a liberal (but have no idea wtf that actually means), and were sitting on a toilet when you wrote your comment.
Oneday mankind will learn we all are human and karma knows all of us. And send it back to those whom prefer you to be treated as less can be unto them as well. 😂😂

They'd get more if they unionized, and should, because it's their labor that generates the profits for the parasites above that get to live off of their hard work. Happy Labor Day!

@@AN-jz3px "if that were true, why wouldn't they unionize?" Because of decades of propaganda against unions being too radical weaponized against the working class that proves itself false the moment it's tested. Unless those workers are getting every cent of the profit already, and none is flowing upwards to the parasites (owning class and bosses) that live comfortably off of other peoples' labor below them, then there is absolutely more profit for workers to be able to be given *from their own labor.* Unions are objectively good, and I hope anyone who reads this comment gets slightly closer to unionizing in their workplace. Hey, you should share this conversation with your workplace! Happy Labor day!
