🔺We are going to investigate the biggest myth in amusement park land: Do you go faster at the back of the roller coaster than at the front? 🤔 We all already know the answer to this question, because no, the back of the roller coaster cannot overtake the front. But we zoom in on the question WHY do people think and feel this way? We will tackle this question using scientific experiments on the Goliath with the TÜV Nord Netherlands and sensory tests with the TPS test panel! We test the difference in G-forces between the front, middle, and rear coach, and this data is analyzed by roller coaster professor Jurnan Schilder. We will draw the right conclusions from the data and, of course, provide an answer to why going in the back feels much faster? Our friends from CoasterStats have perfectly visualized the G-Kracht data and our FPV drone expert Lucas Klein has taken beautiful and unique drone shots!
